Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE NETHERLANDS and BELGIUM.

1. Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of THE NETHERLANDS or BELGIUM and you must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate. This promotion is open to individuals only. No team entries and no corporate or institutional entries are permitted in this promotion. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective contractors, service providers and professional advisors connected with this promotion, as well as members of their immediate families and/or households, are NOT eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To participate in this promotion, the entrant must enter between 12th June 2024 17:00 CEST and 3rd July 23:59 CEST, via one of the following participating social media channels:

X entrants must use the hashtag “#CallofDutyROGReflexClash" and tag either @NVIDIAGeForceNL, @AlternateNL or @ROG_Benelux, answering the question as prompted in the social media posts posted on the participating X social channels.

Facebook entrants must comment on any of the official posts on the participating Facebook social channels relating to Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash, answering the question as prompted, and include “#CallofDutyROGReflexClash” in their reply.

Instagram entrants must comment on any of the official posts on the participating Instagram social channels relating to Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash, answering the question as prompted, and include “#CallofDutyROGReflexClash” in their reply.

Entrants will receive an entry for every unique answer that includes the #CallofDutyROGReflexClash hashtag on participating social media channels. Alternate reserves the right to invalidate automated or multiple entries over a short period of time.

3. Unlockable Prizes

Between the 12th June 2024 17:00 CEST and the 24th June 19:00 CEST Alternate will count the uses of the qualifying “#CallofDutyROGReflexClash“ hashtags across X Comments, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels. Depending on how many hashtags are received in total, additional prize levels will be awarded as follows:

Level 1: 500 - 999 Hashtags
Level 2: 1000 – 1499 Hashtags
Level 3: 1500 Hashtags and above

The Livestream at https://www.twitch.tv/nvidiageforceukhype will show the current status of the counted hashtags and unlocked prizes.

In the event that level 1 is not reached, the following prize will be amongst all eligible entries: ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Super (Value: €799)

4. Determination of Prize-Winning Territory

A livestream challenge (Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash) featuring a team of influencers from The Netherlands and Belgium will be hosted from 24th June 19:00 CEST to 22:00 CEST on the following channels:

Whichever influencer team between Team Netherlands and Team Belgium has the most points at the end of the Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash will determine from which territory the eligible winners of the unlocked prize levels will be drawn.

If the team Netherlands has the most points at the end of the Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash Livestream, the unlocked prizes will be available to win by eligible entrants from The Netherlands as part of this promotion.

If the team Belgium has the most points at the end of the Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash Livestream, the unlocked prizes will be available to win by eligible entrants from the Belgium as part of this promotion.

In the event of a tie, the winning team will be determined via a tiebreaker round.

Runner-up prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded to an entrant residing in the losing teams’ eligible country as stated above, based on the team’s score within the Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Clash livestream.

Determination of prize winners: Winners will be drawn from those entrants from the prize-winning territory who have qualifying ”#CallofDutyROGReflexClash” hashtag social media comments across X Posts, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels, who answered the question….

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

The winners of each prize level will be selected by a jury from Alternate BE & NL, NVIDIA and ASUS, based on the quality of the answers provided for the question posed on the participating social media channels. The jury’s decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries.

The winners will be notified by private message or email within twenty-four (24) hours after the selection. Each winner must respond to the notification email within two (2) days from the time the notification message or email is sent, or prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be selected between 4th July & 8th July 2024, with all winners notified by 9th July 2024. We aim to ship all prizes by 23rd July 2024.

The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Alternate reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred.

6. Privacy

By entering this promotion you expressly consent to NVIDIA's collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion (including, but not limited to, disclosure of your name and state of residence on a winners list and making such list available to the public) and under the terms of NVIDIA’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/about-nvidia/privacy-policy/.

7. Liability

NVIDIA makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties, due to reasons not attributable to NVIDIA, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, model incompatibility, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

8. Termination

NVIDIA reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NVIDIA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by NVIDIA in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. NVIDIA shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Entrants submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Santa Clara, CA.
